The oven has an 'easy clean' function. Take out all the racks/pans. Pour 400ml of water into a jug, add some washing up liquid and pour the mixture into the bottom of the oven. Close the door and set the left hand knob to the 'raindrop' symbol (roughly 10 o'clock position on the dial). Green and red lights will illuminate and the cleaning program takes about 17 minutes. An end of program alarm will sound. Open the door and mop up the liquid with a sponge or cloth. Rub any remaining marks with a cloth or plastic scourer.
The racks and pans can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
